Service was very timely and service professional was very knowledgeable. I can’t speak for everyone, but Ivan deserves the five stars. If there’s one thing I would suggest they approve upon, it is to allow customers to pay electronically. People don’t carry around cash and checks like they used to. And personally, I’m not a fan of credit card transaction fees. I find it quite convenient to use Zelle or similar apps.

I called on Monday and they were out on Tuesday to look at my dishwasher. It is a Frigidaire. It was leaking water from the bottom, Ivan, my service tech diagnosed. It was a leaky pump. I like my dishwasher. It is old, but I really like how it cleans my dishes. I could’ve bought a new one for the price of the repair however, you have to include the installation cost of the new dishwasher and the disposal of the old dishwasher which equals the repair. I decided to get it repaired. I was told it could be 3 to 5 business days to get the part. I called on the following Tuesday, they confirm they had the part, and would be out Thursday to install the new pump. Ivan showed up in the time-slot, and had a new pump installed in under an hour. However, there was an issue. The new pump was so powerful compared to the old pump, Ivan had to adjust the door seal. It wasn’t just the door seal the original installer, not Ivan of Mr Appliance, did not install it level. Ivan re-leveled the dishwasher, front to back, left to right. Rechecked the door seal. He ran the dishwasher through another wash cycle, no leaks. Did I tell you Ivan even came in with a special floor mat to protect my ceramic floor? Yes he did. I am very happy with the service Ivan provided. And what about the lady who handled my service call? She was very polite too. I would recommend Mr. Appliance. I would ask for Ivan again. Do you know what I didn’t like about my dishwasher repair? Having to wash dishes by hand for a week. Hey! One more thing. Mr Appliance sends you an email with your service tech’s image. As an older person I wasn’t surprised when Ivan showed up at the door. I like the picture idea.

Mr. Appliance was very responsive to my request. The technician was at the house when promised and he was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue within my washing machine, ordered the needed parts and then returned and made the repair. I was very pleased with the quick response and the very reasonable charge for the repair. I will used Mr. Appliance again when needed.
