I recently had a different appliance service come out to fix a dryer issue. That company was horrendous and wanted to charge me for a new motor on a dryer because they could not remove a collar off of the shaft of the fan motor. After repairing the issue myself,(in less than 10 min), the dryer still seemed to making a weird sound and had a hot smell. I had MR. appliance come out and they diagnosed the issue quickly, (clogged vent parts of the fan that shredded were lodged tin the vent. This was supposedly "repaired" by the previous service company tech.)Mr. Appliance ran some diagnostic tests and found the heating issue and checked over my repaira and cleaning out the vent would correct the remaining issues. They were very professional and thorough. I will be using their services from this point forward.

Mr. Appliance did a very good job with my frig and oven repair. On time and respected the premises. Gregory was knowledgeable and courteous.

The technician was unable to resolve my issue because of the discontinuation of the motherboard that was needed to repair it. He spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem and first thought it was an igniter, but the igniter did not resolve the problem I was properly credited for the igniter and appreciated the companies honesty, and dealing with my dryer problem.

We were very happy with our technician Joshua. He fixed our refrigerator issue and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Also provided tips on how to solve future problems with icemaker. Price was fair. We would definitely use again.
