The customer service representative were very kind and professional. I called and a tech came out same day. My tech's name was Daniel Contreras. Daniel was very kind and helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond. He was patient and timely and gave me great pointers for the future. If I have another appliance issue I will use this company. I will also be asking that only Daniel be sent.

Professional and prompt. Technician, Matt, was highly qualified to do the repairs on my dishwasher. He explained what was wrong and what needed to be done to repair it. Turnaround time to get the parts was very fast. Office staff was very helpful and courteous.

Our dryer broke and within 24 hours Danny was here to have a look and identify the problem. He explained the issue and discussed options. He was super professional and worked efficiently. Dryer is now fixed and back to working condition!
