We had Daniel come out Monday morning and within 10 min. he knew exactly what the issue was. Within 30min he swapped out the old broken fan in our refrigerator for a new one and everything is back to cold! Our fridge stopped working Sunday night and Monday morning was back up and running. Cost WAY LESS than a new fridge, too. I could not recommend Daniel or Mr. Appliance more! Thank you!

Long story short, HIGHLY recommend!! Mr. Appliance of Allentown came highly recommended by a friend when my 2004 model (kitchen done in 2012) of KitchenAid double oven stopped producing heat. She used Mr. Appliance 2x this month! Daniel came by today and was SO knowledgable, but explained everything in a way I could understand. As I think about it, Daniel is the only male technician of any kind that did not reference "asking my husband when he gets home." Extra points!! Daniel is great. Conclusion of service-- we're redoing our kitchen soon, so I have all the information I need from the diagnostic visit to make a choice on how I proceed. It may not be worth it, with our upcoming renovation, and Daniel stopped touching the oven the minute we were moving beyond that diagnostic fee I agreed to when booking. So final price was exactly what I was quoted. Also, I have 2 full weeks to decide if having it fixed is the better option for me or not. If I do, I will def be calling them back! Worth noting, when Daniel took my credit card information he asked me to stand by so I could watch it be approved, and watch my CC info leave the screen-- avoiding any chance of my CC/personal info. being stolen taken when he left. He looked away and held the iPad up for me to review only. I appreciated that. Making an appointment: I called their # to make my appointment but when the voice recording said I could schedule online, I hung up. I prefer doing all appointments online! There were available appointments the next day and throughout the week, so I could get help quickly. Even though I was confirmed online via email, a woman from the office called me back within an hour when she saw a missed call from my cell #. I appreciated that but was able to tell her I'm all set for later that week. I booked an 8am-12pm window, knowing they'd contact me the night before with a more narrow time. Not only did I get an email last night confirming 11:30-12:15-- it included a Google calendar invite, so the time when directly into my calendar-- which I use religiously. Usually I have to manually add appointments to digital calendar bc they are written out in the email. Small detail, but it's rare businesses perform such a helpful detail for Google-calendar people like me. He arrived a bit early, and it did not take the full 45min. THANK YOU Daniel!

Our refrigerator wasn’t cooling and never needing service on it we were in a bind. I saw Mr. Appliance on line ad and rolled the dice! I must say I was impressed from the initial call to the technician (Daniel) that came out, the same day we called. Talk about rapid response! Daniel was most knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue immediately and took the necessary steps to correct the problem. I was most impressed with his professionalism and courtesy. I will definitely be using Mr. Appliance for all future service needs and I hope I will be lucky enough to have Daniel assigned to the call. Thank you Daniel and Mr. Appliance for helping us out of a jam. One last comment, I found the pricing and cost of the service to be very reasonable. I rolled the dice and came up with a winner!
