This company is very professional and Prompt in service. The technician is very very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to educate me on my dryer and the 2 possible issue I could encounter for the Samsung brad I had . This was every 3-7 years I am well prepared for the expense on maintenance. Something sales agents won’t tell you upfront. Their price is also very reasonable although I didn’t plan for it. However the way he explained it to me made me feel ok spending unplanned expense money. I will definitely always use them for all my appliances and recommend them to my HOA as well as everyone

Though this is a review of Mr. Appliance, this review is based on the 1st experience with them based on the experience which included two visits from Jeffrey to correct a microwave issue on a new installation. Jeffrey is the WOW technician who is the perfect example of a technically proficient, dedicated to quality expert who loves what he does. Simply put, Superior and Outstanding in every way!
