Didn’t feel any pressure at all like other smaller companies. Overall happy we chose Mr. Appliance to help us with our fridge. Only wish we called them sooner!!

I called Mr. Appliance and was given a service window within a reasonable time period (a few days). Service missed the window slightly, but I'm thankful a backup was sent when the first couldn't make it. Window was pretty narrow to begin with, so I'm pleased with the time spent. Service was excellent, and successfully repaired my appliance quickly and at reasonable expense. Overall, I'm very happy I called Mr. Appliance.

This is by far the best service repair company in Anchorage. I’ve made the mistake of trying others in the past, only to be met by poor service and then poor customer service when I tried to complain. I’ve never had to complain about Mr. Appliance. The service technicians are prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. In the latest case, Stephan exemplified that professionalism. I was also amazed how fast I was able to get an appointment. I signed up online for an appointment on Sunday, and within two hours, I had my appointment all set for 9 AM the following morning.

Technician was very professional. What got me the most is he found an very expensive jewelry while serving my dryer and he quoted "I've found these in your dryer and wanted to give it back to you, I don't steal from customers. Wow!! These company goes above and beyond.
