Kyle did an excellent job of getting my microwave/ convection oven back up and running. Plus he was able to help me with a couple of other small repairs to my oven while he was here. I will definitely call Mr. Appliance next time I need an appliance repair.

Mr. Appliance was prompt and responsive to our problem and our needs. Our repairer Kyle was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He was even nice to our dog. We were introduced to Kyle in an email with a photo prior to his first visit. Communication regarding appointment times and final costs was accurate. Any future appliance problems, I will feel very confident calling Mr. Appliance, and recommend them.
