This was my first experience with Mr. Appliance and it was absolutely outstanding. From start to finish I've had nothing but great experiences with front desk staff and the service rep that came out; Stephan. Stephan is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was going on with my appliance. Will definitely return if I have any other future issues with my appliances! Thank you so much!
I called them. They got me in on the same day and had the part the second time I’ve used them. I’d love the company. Great job guys.
Stephan showed up early and was very courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it within the first hour. It was a pleasure talking with him while he fixed my dryer.
They were quick to reply and set up an appointment for me for my fridge issue. The technician was fast and friendly. Would definitely recommend them and use them again!

Came to fix our dryer and did a great job. Was friendly and knowledgeable. Even went above and beyond and got the coins out of the dryer and opened the front of the washer to get the lost socks out
