I've used Mr. Appliance for many different appliances and my experience has always been positive. Most recently Paul quickly diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator, and quickly - and inexpensively fixed the problem.

They showed up on time. Figured out the problem. Now parts are on order. They defrosted it so I could have ice cubes till they come back with parts. Only problem it's been over 24 hours but still no cubes.

On time, professional and great explanation of concerns and possible resolutions. Although we did not have the repair would use them again.

Intelligent worker understood the intricacies of our refigerator malfunction, worked on it, used simple parts he had in the truck, and achieved a perfect repair. I appreciated that there was no BS about needing to put in expensive parts. And because he was an experienced craftsman there was no BS about why the repair wasn't perfect - because it was perfect.
