We turned to Mr Appliance when we got royally hosed by another company. The other company compounded the problem, but Bobby swooped in to save the freezer. He was able to rig it to work while we waited for a part. It worked great after the rigging!! Then we swooped back in to install the part and was gone again. It was such a relief. I would 100% recommend Bobby and the rest of the company. Reasonably priced too!!

Mr. Appliance was the best maintenance service I've ever hired. I needed my dryer worked on, and it's a Speed Queen, which not everybody services. So the first good thing was that Mr. Appliance works on Speed Queen laundry machines. Then, they were able to schedule me pretty quickly, and they sent a confirmation text with a photo of the tech who was going to be coming to work on my dryer. I've never had a company do that! It was wonderful having that photo, because then I knew that the person I was letting into my home was the person I was supposed to be letting in. He located the problem very quickly, fixed it right away, and even asked if I wanted the door on my dryer to open the opposite way because the way it was set up was very awkward. Absolutely fantastic service. I could not have been happier with the experience.

Bobby did a great job repairing my Bosch-Thermador dishwasher that had water leak issues. He also replaced a power cord based on a Bosch recall of the original installed power cord. He was efficient, friendly, and great at explaining the technical issues involved in the repair.

Mr Appliance did a great job repairing a POS Samsung appliance. Do not buy Samsung refrigerators they are garbage.
