We turned to Mr Appliance when we got royally hosed by another company. The other company compounded the problem, but Bobby swooped in to save the freezer. He was able to rig it to work while we waited for a part. It worked great after the rigging!! Then we swooped back in to install the part and was gone again. It was such a relief. I would 100% recommend Bobby and the rest of the company. Reasonably priced too!!
