The repairman was very professional and extremely polite. Fixed the problem and explained just what he did.

Alain was a great technician he diagnosed the problem with my range hood, order the parts and then came in and installed it. They showed up when they said they would and perform performed an excellent job.

Called the service number, very friendly plus they were able to get someone out the next morning which I was impressed by. Got a text to confirm with a photo of my tech…an extra step for safety I thought was really nice. My techs name was Alain, he was on time, very personable, diagnosed quickly & explained everything - had me up and running within an hour. I was super impressed! Definitely would recommend.

It was easy to get an appointment and the service rep arrived right on time. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. His work was neat and he could not have been nicer. The problem was a simple loose screw so I felt that the bill was high given no parts were required, but that may just be the nature of appliance repairs.
