Christian came out to diagnose our repair issues, he was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He needed to order parts and come back another day to repair. He also provided advice on other maintenance that needed done. He is very interested in actually fixing the problem, not just putting a band-aid repair. I have been very happy with his service and would use this company again.

We needed our dishwasher repair when it stopped working out of the blue. These appliances don't last as long as they used to. Our dishwasher only last 7 years and that was with me maybe using once or twice a week. Maybe. Anyway Christian was sent to our home to diagnose and repair our dishwasher. He was neat and clean with great manners. He even vacuum behind the dishwasher for me after he was done. He tested everything twice to make sure everything was working correctly. The repair was not pricy to me. Better than buying a new dishwasher. I will call again if something else goes wrong with other appliances. Thanks.

Brandon was awesome. Broke down our problem and did his best to fix it. As of now, the refrigerator is getting back to temp. I will certainly follow the tips he gave me to make sure he doesn't have to come back.

Mr.Appliance is a great repair service from the friendly customer service to our great repair technician, James that installed a part we needed for our washer. I would highly recommend this company.

We had initially contacted the manufacturer for a repair of a Thermador oven. The technician came out and looked at the code on the oven charged us a service fee and told us it would take six months to get a part. Never touch the oven. I found Mr. appliance and called and spoke with them. They told me they could get the part in a few days and could have a technician out in a day or two to evaluate. The technician came and thoroughly evaluated the oven to make sure there was no other reason for the problem we were having. After determining the defective part, he ordered the part and returned in 2 to 3 days and had the oven repaired. Pricing was competitive with other quotes we had gotten. They were thorough and professional, and I would highly recommend them.

Despite the setbacks - including a defective part from the manufacturer and a tricky-to-diagnose issue - they never gave up on making things right. Even when I was vocally frustrated, they remained courteous, responsive, and committed to honoring their service agreement. In the end, it turned out to be a simple switch on the control board, but it took a lot diligence to discover it. I truly appreciate their integrity and determination.
