He diagnosed the issue with our refrigerator quickly and had it repaired in no time. David was courteous, respectful of our office space, and communicated everything clearly throughout the process. We had initially contacted the manufacturer for a repair of a Thermador oven. The technician came out and looked at the code on the oven charged us a service fee and told us it would take six months to get a part. Never touch the oven. I found Mr. appliance and called and spoke with them. They told me they could get the part in a few days and could have a technician out in a day or two to evaluate. The technician came and thoroughly evaluated the oven to make sure there was no other reason for the problem we were having. After determining the defective part, he ordered the part and returned in 2 to 3 days and had the oven repaired. Pricing was competitive with other quotes we had gotten. They were thorough and professional, and I would highly recommend them.

I had a long and frustrating issue with our washing machine, but I want to commend Mr. Appliance of Arlington for their perseverance and professionalism throughout the process. The repair took multiple visits over the course of three weeks, involving ordered parts, returns, warranty replacements, and even referrals to a plumber. Despite the setbacks - including a defective part from the manufacturer and a tricky-to-diagnose issue - they never gave up on making things right. Even when I was vocally frustrated, they remained courteous, responsive, and committed to honoring their service agreement. In the end, it turned out to be a simple switch on the control board, but it took a lot diligence to discover it. I truly appreciate their integrity and determination. You don't find many businesses these days willing to stick with a problem until it's fully resolved. Thank you again for standing by your work and getting the job done right.

Arrived at the appointed time, very clear with the issue. Ordered parts and installed as soon as they came in. Kept me informed of what was going on the entire time. Polite and courteous and got the job done quickly at a fair price, lower than some others. Would definitely recommend to others👍
