We returned from a trip on the evening of the 23rd December to find our dryer was not working properly. I called the repair company with the highest ratings on Yelp, and the owner told me he was closed for Christmas and try again in the new year. I called Mr Appliance and they scheduled an appointment for me the day after Christmas, but said they would try to make it on Christmas Eve if they could fit us in the existing schedule. Sure enough, they sent a text that morning and arrived at 9am. Christian was the tech who came and inspected the dryer and provided a very reasonable quote to repair. He took apart the dryer, cleaned it out, replaced the bad parts and had us up and running in less than one hour. He was professional, personable, and answered all my questions during the repair. I am very satisfied with the entire experience. And, I’m even feeling a bit lucky that the first guy was taking the holidays off. Five stars!

The technician, Christian, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly assessed the issue with our washing machine and provided honest advice on whether a repair or replacement was the best course of action. The part arrived sooner than expected, and the Receptionist promptly scheduled a follow-up appointment to minimize our inconvenience. Christian’s attention to detail was impressive, even going so far as to wear shoe covers to protect our floors. While I can't say for certain if the repair cost was the absolute lowest, I believe it was fair considering the high level and quality of customer service we received. I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone in need of an appliance repair.

I’m a repeat customer. They fixed my washer the previous time. This time Brock the technician fixed the dryer and cleaned it. Really knowledgeable and upfront on the cost of repairs. A real nice guy. Caution don’t buy Samsung washer or dryer.

Technician showed up right on time, was conscientious of the property, and addressed issues with the replacement part with skill. Price quoted was a bit higher than told initially, but was fine considering the extra work involved.

We’ve used Mr Appliance for years. I like that they are a “one-stop” shop. I don’t have to keep track of this repair service or that. Their technicians are knowledgeable and competent. They are also polite, professional, friendly, and honest. If it’s time to replace the unit, they will tell me rather than spend $ on a repair that won’t last. This last time on a Saturday, our ice maker failed. I immediately jumped on their website and schedule someone to come out on Monday. I honestly didn’t expect them to fit me in on such short notice; they were knocking on my door at 1000 Monday morning. We heartily recommend Mr Appliance.
