The repair person was able to get to us much quicker than originally quoted which was fabulous. He called ahead to tell me he was on the way and then arrived on time. He was very friendly and knew exactly what to do to diagnose and solve the problem. He worked quickly but was also very thorough. He ran the machine after the work to ensure the problem was fixed. He answered all my questions. Mr Appliance was recommended by three of our neighbors and I would definitely use Mr Appliance again.

I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Our service man Jamie was by far one of the best we’ve ever had. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and personable. By the time he left our oven was working perfectly and we felt like we had made a new friend. Also, he was here to repair it the same day I requested a service call. It doesn’t get any better than that. Will definitely use them in the future should we need an appliance repaired.
