Our freezer failed. Found Mr Appliance through GE. When called came within two hours, as scheduled, and diagnosed problem quickly. In 1 hour had replacement part on order. When part was in, came again as scheduled and did the repair. Very satisfied with service and professional manor. Would highly recommend.
