When my dryer stopped working, I was able to get prompt service. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and helpful. My technician, Dean, was professional and efficient. He located the problem and then, not only did he fix it, he told me what could be done to prevent the issue from reoccurring.

So much better than other companies I've had do repairs. The phone was answered immediately when I called to see about scheduling. Repair was scheduled for the following day (Tuesday) and their process was explained. I received a text Monday evening with a 2 hour window of when to expect him and it included the name and photo of the technician, Dean. On Tuesday he was ahead of schedule and I received a text notification and he also personally called me to make sure it wasn't a problem. He seemed to be thorough in his diagnosis of the issue and provided a quote for repair and lead time on parts. We then discussed the pros/cons of repair vs. purchasing a new unit. He was very polite, honest and helpful. I will definitely be using this company the next time I have an issue with an appliance!

Our service guy David was very knowledgeable to what was wrong with our dryer got it all fixed up. He did a great job considering he had very little room to work.

We purchased a new refrigerator which needed the ice maker installed . We called Lewis Appliance and they were very accommodating , pleasant to work with . The day before the installation was to be done I was called and given a two hour window . Joe arrived on time and was a pleasure to be around. He went right to work and completed the job in a very short period of time . It was apparent he knew what he was doing.
