I was referred to Mr. Appliance by a Viking and Wolf distributor. Wade answered all of my questions and even provided suggestions that greatly assisted in getting our range into operation. It's very hard to find good customer service these days, but Mr. Appliance knows how to treat their customers!

Very Professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond. I had igniter on gas stove go bad, they replaced it promptly and when the new part failed, I called and they came out and replaced it free of charge. I would recommend them and if the need arises I will use them again

Our dryer went down on Thanksgiving day! Called first thing Friday morning and we had a working dryer by noon. Matthew was our service tech and was amazing. Definitely will call again!

Matthew arrived timely and was extremely professional. He took the time to diagnose the issues on my cooktop and fridge. He then explained them all to me in great detail. Very happy with the service and will use them again if any other appliances have issues!! He even helped me move the fridge so we could plug it back into the correct outlet! 10/10 recommend!!

The young man who arrived right on time was very professional and thorough. I appreciated his honesty that the problems with my washer would cost as much to fix as purchasing a new washer. I would definitely recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone having appliance issues.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! My dryer had stopped working at the absolute worst time. I searched for local repair companies and found there was one very close to me. Little did I realize that Mr. Appliance of Auburn wasn't just the closest but, THEY ARE THE BEST! Now, it was either Divine Intervention or just dumb luck but, when I called, I was able to book an appointment for the next day. Within 24 hours I once again had a fully operational dryer! I cannot recommend Mr. Appliance of Auburn enough! The technicians were prompt and VERY polite. They showed my home the utmost respect and if I ever have ANY other appliance needs, they will be the FIRST place I call!

They reminded me to have them come out once a year to clean the dryer vent! It caught on fire and blew a fuse on inside of dryer!

When my dishwasher broke I was at loss as to who to call. I tried one company that never showed up. I then called Mr. Appliance of Auburn, set up a date to evaluate the problem with my dishwasher and in a few days returned to put in the part needed to make my dishwasher work. Great, efficient , timely and professional repair men. They explained the problem, noted the repair needed and had my dishwasher up and running as quick as possible. Braxton and Rufus was the top of the line in their work and their professionalism. They arrived on time and left everything in proper order. I would definitely use them again if needed. They are the top of the chart on appliance repair. Thank you Braxton and Rufus!
