When we needed service quickly with our fridge Mr appliance accommodated right away. They had to order parts and when in called us to schedule. The repair person was very thorough in explaining what might be the problem. We will call Mr appliance again should we need service.

My GE refrigerator was not cooling sufficiently Rod from Mr. Appliance came out and repaired it in a couple hours He was very professional and efficient I appreciate the way Mr. Appliance keeps you updated with upcoming appointments, accompanied by the picture of the technician Good job thanks

Will came on time as expected. He looked like his picture. Will is a very serious guy. He was focused and did not waste time. As an engineer I like that. I would definitely engage them again for other appliance issues.
