Our Tech Jeremy was really good. Helped explain all that he was doing. Showed me stuff about our sub zero that I didn’t even know and also showed me how to maintain it. Hire more techs like him!

Best experience with Mr. Appliance. From the ease of scheduling to the professional and honest repair technician, I would give 10 stars if I could. Will, the technician was completely honest about my repair, what the cost would be, and helped me make the best possible decision. He could’ve tried to take advantage or push repairs to make money for the company, but instead I got an authentic and honest evaluation…something that seems to be lacking with many other companies these days. Because of this outstanding experience, I will only go to Mr. Appliance for all of my repair needs from here on out. I highly recommend their services to everyone!
