Wow, finally I have found a respected, trusted, and professional Appliance Repair company that goes above and beyond in every way one could hope!!! From our 1st phone call, Megan, was extremely helpful and kind, initiating our Service Request. She understood exactly what our concerns were regarding our Warranty company guidelines for our refrigerator. The Service Professional, Don, came out within 48 hours and was so thorough in helping us understand the issue, but also in submitting the specific details required by Warranty company. 5 out of 5 stars, and we will be recommending only them going forward!!!

Mr. Appliance was the best company I’ve ever used for appliance repair. They helped me work within my warranty while also explaining the problem to me. Without them I would’ve gone even longer without my fridge working. Don was our tech and he was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and experienced and also brought my two dogs treats. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of appliance help or repair.

My experience with Mr Appliance was a 10 out of 10. After attempting to repair my dishwasher myself I admitted defeat and called Mr. Appliance. Scheduling was easy and Clayton was out the next day. Within minutes Clayton had diagnosed the problem which required a special part to be ordered. Clayton returned with the part and quickly repaired my dishwasher. I was very impressed with the knowledge and skill and professionalism shown by Clayton. Going forward any issues with appliances and I will call Mr Appliance, they were also very reasonable with prices.

The best people for appliance repairs hands down. The price was fair and the workmanship exemplary. They also worked with our schedule and made sure the same tech took care of us start to finish. Our tech, Don, felt like family. He wore booties the entire time, used a floor mat out our door and made sure no water got anywhere. He did a full diagnosis and unfortunately had to order a part. But no problem for this company. They scheduled Don to come back at our convenience and finish the job. Thank you for the great job 😃
