Mr Larry or Mr. Appliance was very nice. I like that he called me ahead of time before arriving to the house and he also sent a picture so I would know who my worker would be and who to look out for I have never received that from no other repair service he came in and diagnosed what was wrong and he offered to come back that evening to repair it but we did it the next morning and as soon as he put the part on it started working very well and I will be using him in the future and I recommend him and his technicians to anyone that's looking for someone dealing with appliances they were very nice accurate and on time

We recently had Mr. Appliance come out to take a look at an issue with our ice machine… and they did a fantastic job! From scheduling the appointment to completing the repair, everything was smooth and professional. The technician was knowledgeable, respectful of our space, and took the time to explain what was going on. It’s working great now, and we’re glad we called them. Highly recommend!

Larry and his partner gave me honest and helpful information about my repair. He Scheduled and repaired my fridge within 3 days. They were very friendly and made sure I had no problems or questions before he ever left the house. I have had many other companies make repairs before but no one I would ever recommend until now.

My refrigerator quit cooling. I called Monday morning at 8am and they were at my house by 11. Diagnosed the problem and at 11am the next morning it was fixed. Can’t say enough about Larry and his technician. Knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and no price gouging. I will use Larry and Mr Appliance for all our appliance needs from now on.
