I would recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone having an issue with one of their appliances. I had an issue with my Maytag washing machine so I called Mr. Appliance. Larry set an appointment time and then the tech called when he was on the way, and sent a photo of himself so I would know who to expect.The tech was knowledgeable, had the correct tools, diagnosed the problem and fixed it very expediently.

Excellent communication from the beginning! Larry had a same-day opening and got me scheduled right away. AJ quickly diagnosed the issue and had my washing machine fixed in about 30 minutes. He even had the part on hand, which was amazing. Truly great service from friendly people.

The technician arrived precisely as scheduled. He was very professional an did a great job repairing the appliance, would highly recommend him.
Our appliance repair oerson, Richard exceeded our expectations. He listened to my cooktop issues, and proceeded to investigate and repair the unit. He was very professional and yet very kind and approachable. Jenn Air repaired, a $3,000 savings from a replacement. Thank you Sir

Working with Richard at Mr. Appliance was a very good experience. He came in to fix a problem caused by a different company and did a wonderful job. He would not leave until he was satisfied with installation which meant a lot.

Excellent service!! They were ready to come out within the hour and I pushed it to two. AJ was there right on time and had my washing machine up and running in less than 45 minutes. Will definitely use them again if the need should arise.

Great experience with Mr. Appliance of Beaumont. They were quick to get me scheduled for a consultation and were even able to fix my issue with my oven the same day. The best part was receiving a text with a picture of the service technician so I would know who to expect at my door. They were on time and gave me a 30 minute window of expected arrival time, unlike other repairs companies that give you several hour window. I would definitely recommend this company!
