Had two visits (first to diagnose oven problem and second, upon receipt of new part, to install it). Each technician was efficient and competent. They each also provided useful guidance about the proper repair of an appliance they were not authorized (by the manufacturer) to repair.

Technician was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. His explanation of the problem was clear and concise. He was helpful with explaining what the next steps were in order for my refrigerator ice maker to be fixed. The part was ordered and arrived the next day. I was able to schedule him (very easily) to come out the next week. The repair time was around a half hour. Again, he was very courteous and clear with his communications regarding the repairs and what to expect.
