Awesome, said they would be out on Friday called back and came out same Day. That was not the only amazing part, Ryan arrived a little while after the phone call but I received a text and email showing me a picture of Ryan and that he was on his way so I knew who to expect. Ryan quickly diagnosed the problem had the part with him and repaired within 30 minutes. Was very professional, courteous, and informative on the repair. Outstanding would definitely use again on any of my appliances. No more gas smell from our oven!

A little pricey, however, the technician was professional and prompt, I believe his name is Jimmy, he was in and out!I needed a controller , to stop the ice build up, that prevented my fridge, from staying cold

Had a leak with my washer. Called MrAppliance this morning. Got back to right away. They offer same day service. Got a text that Ryan was on his way out at 3:30. Found the problem and fixed it right away. He was very professional and kind. I have even finished a load of wash already and no more leak. Thank you Ryan

My service person, Jimmy was polite, patient and professional at his job. He answer all my questions no matter how simple they were. He was a breath of fresh air, wish all service professional were like him.

I am very please with Mr. Appliance of Bensalem. After my freezer stopped working we scheduled an appointment and they came out the very next day to save the day. Tom G was absolutely amazing and walked us through everything that happened and was able to fix it the next day. I couldn’t have asked for a better company and very professional people. Will be calling again if I need more services.
