Tom called and let me know his ETA, arrived on time, and took the time to be personable and explained everything to me honestly and patiently. Set up date and time on their website, very easy. Received an e-mail confirmation on time of arrival and repairman came as stated. Did a great job in resolving the issue with the refrigerator. Would recommend them for repairs.
