After accidentally breaking my Samsung refrigerator ice maker, I called Mr Appliance for service. Spoke with Claire who took my information, was able to schedule me for service within 3 days, and said I would receive a notice of the technician’s name and arrival time the day before service. The day of service, the technician (Mike) was able to arrive a little earlier which was great. He introduced himself, went right to work and fixed the ice maker promptly. He answerer questions I had and was very helpful. I used Mr Appliance previously for my washing machine repair and was pleased to find out their service and technicians were still reliable. I plan to continue to use them for appliance repairs when needed and recommend them to my family and friends.
