Larry came out yesterday to assess the dryer (took less than 15 min), and then came back today with the part to fix it (took less than 30 minutes). Quick and professional. Definitely recommend.

Marcus came to look at my washer which wasn't completing any cycles. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem in 30 minutes. Glad I don't need a new washer! Great work today! V for victory!

I was very pleased with my first experience with Mr. Appliance Over the Mountain. I was able to schedule my next-day appointment online on their website, and received a prompt confirmation. I receive a phone call when Marcus was on his way. When he arrived, he quick to resolve the problem with my disposal, and to determine the cause of the issue with my dishwasher, which needed a new part, that has to be ordered. The service and the communication has been great. I’ll post another review when the follow-up appointment to install the new part is completed.
