Suggestion. Have technician call before they arrive. Colby did a fine job. He pulled up before 8 AM, no phone call. We were thankful our AM request wasn’t an 11:30 AM. We were up and mostly ready, but still in our sleepwear awaiting a call…we never got. One of your competitors had a shot and totally blew it. Take advantage of their missed opportunity and claim the lead dog spot. Howard

The technician diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately. The part arrived within two days and he was back out here and got the washing machine running. I really appreciated his service and how nice he was.

Everything was great overall. Mr. Appliance came out and diagnosed my Midea washer on 4/14 and it was serviced and repaired on 4/23. I did have some trouble getting the tracking number or the status of the part but they worked with me and were very helpful. I would definitely recommend.
