Refrigerator on-door water/ice dispenser repair. The dispenser handle would not return to shutoff the dispensing of water or ice. The problem was diagnosed very quickly and the original equipment replacement part ordered and received within one day. The repair only took 10 minutes to complete. I am very happy with the results.

My service technician was Steven. He was very very knowledgeable of the equipment. He knew exactly what he was doing and if he didn’t, he researched it he found out what he needs to do and he made it happen. I really enjoyed how punctual he was. He showed up on time and took care of the business. I will be requesting him to do all of my refrigeration work/appliance work. He did a great job, thank you Steven /Mr. appliance.

Mr Appliance came out the day after I called, quickly diagnosed the problem with my oven, and replaced the faulty part. Steven was friendly and efficient.

Had a problem with our refrigerator. Our usual appliance repair company does not service our brand. Google searched for a company that does work on them near me. Found Mr. Appliance and called them. They came early the next morning, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within an hour. Technician was knowledgeable, efficient and polite. Would highly recommend Mr. Appliance.
