Mr appliance came out on time. Diagnosed the problem with my stand alone Ice-maker correctly and quickly. Repair required a part to be ordered. So Mr Appliance service team placed the part order and had it shipped directly to my home. When the part arrived the technician (Duane) was re-dispatched to my home and promptly repaired my icemaker as well as cleaned it!! My wife could not have been happier. The charge for dianostics, repair and cleaning was very reasonable and the work was extremely professional! I would and have recommended Mr Appliance to friends and neighbors in neared of appliance repair and service.

Highly recommended. From phone call to fixed in less than 24 hours. Victor was extremely knowledgeable about my dryer, diagnosed issue, and had it fixed in one hour. I don’t know about how they compare with pricing because trust and getting the job done correctly is what I care about most. They also warrantee their work for a year.

Delivered the part to my house. Came on time and repaired the oven perfectly. It was even connected to gas line and they removed the line to repair it and they put it back after. Would use them again

It's important that a company manages the expectations of their customers. You guys did that in that you gave me a window of time that you would arrive the day before, and that is what actually happened. It was only a 2-hour window and it was greatly appreciated. The technician arrived, his name was Duane, and he was friendly, polite, considerate by putting booties over his shoes and extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be done to my washing machine. I appreciate that the technician that diagnosed my problem was the same technician that came back two weeks later to repair it. It took 2 weeks because the part had to be ordered. The only change I would make is if you had supplied me with the tracking number for my part since it was being shipped to my home. That way, I would know where everything is during the waiting period. Overall I am satisfied and I would recommend you to my friends. Thank you

Not only did he fix my dryer, but he made it better than it was before. I will definitely return if anything else goes wrong at my house *fingers crossed* it doesn’t any time soon.

I chose Mr. Appliance because of the excellent reviews. From the moment I called for service, the person answering was informative and very professional. She explained I would receive an email as well as a text message to let me know when the service technician would be arriving. Within the time period indicated our technician Stephen, whose picture was in the email so I could identify him, arrived ontime. He went above and beyond explaining and servicing what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. He was polite, knowledgeable, neat and provided excellent service. Having employees who give such outstanding service to customers are truly indispensable. They are an asset to their employer. I will definitely recommend them and will only use their company in the future.
