Very good experience with Steven the technician who replaced the large heating element on our GE glass top stove. He was very efficient and friendly. The price seemed higher than I would have expected…close to $500.
Found the problem quickly, obtained and installed the part smoothly. While here, our repaiman was courteous and forthright, enjoyable.

Randy was amazing!He checked everything out on the dishwasher and it was found all working properly.He asked me some questions and determined after learning that we have softened water that we needed to use white vinegar and clean the machine and switch to a different dishwasher soap.He was very knowledgeable and so kind .He also found our hose under the sink had no service loop and correct it .Thankyou we are very pleased with your service .Looking forward to shiny dry dishes for Christmas

Our technician was kind and informative. Thanks to him we don’t need to replace our Thermador range.

They knew what they were doing and fixed dishwasher the first time

The young man that came was Awesome. I’m an older person. When he came to my house I told him about my problem. Then he moved my stove, there was a mess behind the stove from the previous owners fixing the wall. I told him, I would sweep the floor and clean behind the stove. But he said, he would take care of it. He did and even washed the floor in front of the stove where it left marks. He was quick at figuring out the problem. He ordered the part, it was delivered to my house two days later and he came on Friday and replaced it. The oven is working. I’m forever grateful. The holidays are coming ,now I can start baking. Thank you once again Matt and Thank you for Your Military Service to.

Randy was the technician that came out to service my front loading washer. He did repair it and explained everything to me. This is the second time that I have used Mr. Appliance both were exceptional. Definitely would recommend them .
