I would recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone. Aaron was an incredible technician. He was professional and knowledgeable. He not only replaced the igniter in my oven, but he also gave me a wealth of knowledgeable information on how to maintain and keep my oven clean. Very pleased with the overall experience.

Randy was punctual, very professional and explained what he was doing in great detail. He knew exactly what to do in order to get my washer working again. He also answered all of my questions. I will definitely use this company again.

Our fridge was 20 degrees above the set temperature. Stephen, our technician, diagnosed the problem, obtained the parts and installed the needed replacement parts within 3-4 hours. The fridge was back to the set temperature a few hours after the repairs were done. Stephen was also very professional and punctual.

I really had no idea as to who I should call when my refrigerator stopped cooling. Mr. Appliance had great reviews, and I took a chance. Booking an appointment was easy, and when Duane arrived on time, he quickly solved the problem. A new fan was ordered, and in two days Duane returned and repaired the refrigerator. The company does an excellent job in keeping the customer informed. I would definitely use the company again if needed.
