When my dryer wasn’t working, I called Mr Appliance and they sent out Tim. Tim was unbelievably kind, helpful, and knew exactly what the problem was. He made sure that my dryer was back up and running in no time. I can’t recommend him, and Mr. Appliance, enough.

This is my 3rd time using Mr. Appliance. While all of my repairmen have been wonderful, I was very impressed with their service tech Jeff. He was so professional, kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. I didn’t realize how old my oven was. Jeff was so thoughtful to bring that to my attention. He was upfront with the cost of the repair. He gave me honest advice and he did not have to do that. When I opted out of repairing my oven, he wanted his visit to be worth the money I paid, so he gave me some very helpful tips on how to keep my appliances running longer. He also shared his knowledge of what appliances he recommends when it came to replacing my oven. I really appreciate his honesty, time, and knowledge. His excellent customer service has made me a repeat customer to Mr. Appliance. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance for all of your repair needs, but most of all, I highly recommend you ask for Jeff if you want a top notch experience-which I feel I received! Thanks for a great experience!

My repair was done by Tim. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. My husband and I both work from home, so he did his best to be as quiet as possible. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Before I decided to call Mr Appliance I Checked out the reviews they had and all of them were top notch and the name that kept coming up for superior customer service was Tim, let me tell you this man was as best as they come , very honest and trustworthy My fridge was FIXED RIGHT THE FIRST TIME 🙌 he kept me up to date on everything he did Mr Appliance keep this man on your team no matter what he is really a godsend cause I’m only recommending
