Very friendly worker progressional and kind. It was kind of pricey but I guess everything is these days.
After postponing for more than a year to get our ice maker and water dispenser fixed, I decided to take a chance with Mr. Appliance of Bloomington. I'm so glad I did. Our Service Professional Tim came out on a Tuesday. He diagnosed the problem, and ordered a part. He was back at 5 pm on Friday with the part. (I thought I'd be waiting at least a week or more.) Tim replaced the part in no time, water flowed nicely from the dispenser, and he told us we should get ice later on in the evening. At 8:05 pm we heard the crash of ice falling into the bucket. My husband and I looked at each other and both exclaimed, "WE'VE GOT ICE!" Silly, I know, but we didn't realize how much we missed that sound. The service we received Mr. Appliance of Bloomington was great. Tim is exceptional! He's knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to get to know. I now have a reliable appliance repair service that will be getting my future business. I hope this review encourages you take the chance with Mr. Appliance of Bloomington too.

Really appreciate the prompt and friendly service I received! From the first call to the technicians that came to my house, everyone was extremely friendly. Connor worked so hard to get my dishwasher working again!! Really appreciate his persistence. Both he and Tim were great technicians to work with. Would definitely reccomend!

These guys are super polite, efficient, reasonable, and professional! I’ve had so many bad experiences with repair companies (like everyone else). I have used them multiple times and they have always fixed the problem efficiently. Highly recommend.

Sean was great! Diagnosed our AC unit (Trane) and was able to explain issue to get it working… very friendly and affordable.. so thankful for Mr Appliance will definitely use in the future and refer others here!

Our garage fridge was leaking water. Was able to set up an appointment online for the next day. Connor came out & diagnosed the problem. Ordered the part which came in the same day. Connor came back out and installed the part, went over everything with me! A+ service! Thought I was going to need a new fridge, good to know this business is available & has great staff!

Connor was great to work with. The issue wasn't what he anticipated but he was very thorough in trying to figure out what our dryer needed. He explained everything to me at each interval and helped me understand the process moving forward. Will definitely call Mr. Appliance again when needed!

When my dryer wasn’t working, I called Mr Appliance and they sent out Tim. Tim was unbelievably kind, helpful, and knew exactly what the problem was. He made sure that my dryer was back up and running in no time. I can’t recommend him, and Mr. Appliance, enough.
