The young (ish) man that came twice to our house was very articulate and serious about his work which, I have to admit, was impressive. He was not very talkative and that was somewhat refreshing, actually. The work he did seemed of good quality. We appreciated that he took his shoes off and wore some 'booties'. Fixed our problem, too!

Justin had to come to my house several times to fix my ice maker. He didn’t leave until he had everything fixed & cleaned up.

Mr Appliance is always a pleasure to deal with. They are prompt to send out a repair man. I always call them for my repair needs. This time I had a seal replaced on my freezer. Noah was fantastic! Not only was he knowledgeable and professionally handled the repair, but, he was also very personable and friendly!! This makes the repair experience a lot less stressful and sets my mind at ease.

Professional service throughout 👌! Justin diagnosed the problem quickly, parts arrived couple of days later and he fixed the water leak in my refrigerator soon after. Highly recommend!

Repairman is the best, very polite and friendly. He knew exactly what was wrong with the dryer. He had the parts on hand that were needed to do the repair, so there was no waiting.
