It was excellent. He was conscience and well prepared. Assessed the problem and was informative on what to do to prevent further issues. Delightful personality and considerate. We have an old Sub-Zero combo (wine-cooler/refrigerator drawers), dating to 2001. It has three temperature zones, running on what is now pretty ancient technology. After years of slipping performance, it all hit the skids a month ago. It was a complex job, spread out over a few weeks (among other things, an old control board needed to be shipped off for repair). Dillon and Rick kept us completely up to date on everything, and completed the job early last week. It’s like we just had it installed. Couldn’t be happier with the work.
