Alan has been my repair technician twice now. He came to fix my refrigerator when I had a leak in the water line and he came today to repair my washing machine. I always rely on Mr. Appliance because they are prompt, affordable, friendly, and efficient.

Mr. Appliance was great to work with. Lucas came to fix the oven. He was on time, very nice and easy to work with. He was able to get it working in a short time. They stay in touch as far as scheduling and even sent a photo of Lucas so I would recognize him. Highly recommended.

It was excellent. He was conscience and well prepared. Assessed the problem and was informative on what to do to prevent further issues. Delightful personality and considerate. Definitely will have him back for further needs and gladly recommend your company to others. I am older and appreciate finding a person that was trustworthy and professional.
