Dryer stopped heating. Jake came and evaluated; needs couple parts (expensive on old dryer). Decided to replace dryer instead of repairing. Jake was courteous and efficient. Arrived promptly, no issues. Would use again.

They showed up the day after I called diagnosed the problem and ordered the part then came back a few days later when the part showed up installed it and dishwasher is working great. The price was very reasonable would definitely call them again.

Scheduling online was easy and efficient. I received a follow-up call from an actual person to confirm. They also called to offer an earlier appointment, if I wanted. Henry arrived on time and was knowledgeable and professional. Our washer is wedged into a tight spot and he carefully pulled it out far enough to hop behind it. We had to order a part and he returned as soon as it was delivered. Henry also gave good advice on laundry care and do's and don't that go beyond the owners manual. We will call them for our next appliance repair.

I had made an appointment online for the following week and they actually called me to offer same day appointment. I was very pleased to get an appointment so quickly and then they arrived on time, were very professional, and went the extra mile by contacting manufacturer warranty dept on my behalf. Aside from my washing machine being out of commission, I was very happy with the experience as a whole.
