Pablo, the Technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and returned the next day to install it. My refrigerator is now working great again. Thank you Pablo and thank you Mr. Appliance.

Jim was great! Ran the tests, figured out the problem and gave me a quote right there that didn't hurt too bad. I knew if it was the problemI thought it was, it was gonna be spendy, but not as bad as I imagined.

Samuel, the young technician you sent was very well mannered and took the time to explain everything no matter how long it took for me to understand. Igniter went out on our LG, Sam came out & got the new part installed but we had inadvertently thrown away one of the brackets. He got it ordered & came back and got us up and running. Real nice guy, and they are super easy to work with. Will definitely use them again if anything else breaks! Thanks, Sam!

Lynn was thoughtful and very professional. He discovered the problem with our Ilve range oven, part ordered and installed within one week. The part was not stocked locally but shipped from New York city. Very satisfied.
