I had an excellent experience with these guys from beginning to end and would highly recommend them. I needed my oven repaired. It had a defective igniter.They stayed in contact throughout the process to schedule the repair and even to let me know, the tech was going to be early… everything just went nice and smoothly.

Was referred to Mr. Appliance to fix non-working lights on kitchen vent over stove. Shaun arrived on time and diagnosed the problem. The required part could only be sourced from a single vendor. When the part arrived, he made a return visit and repaired the problem in short order. The labor has a one year warranty. Shaun was professional, knowledgeable and personable. Mr. Appliance and Shaun will be my preferred appliance repair vendor in the future.

We had an emergency when an appliance had leak at our rental unit. They responded quickly and although they had to order a part, it came in before they said it would and they completed the fix the following day. Quick response, courteous technician, and reasonable cost. We will definitely use Mr. Appliance again.

We had a great experience from beginning to end. I believe I spoke to Tina for scheduling. I canceled an appointment with another company because she was so wonderful and able to squeeze us in quickly. Our Technician, Shaun, was prompt, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. He took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was done correctly and efficiently. The attention to detail and commitment to quality were clear from start to finish. Already sent his details to neighbors for future needs. Highly recommend!

When our refrigerator started leaking from the ceiling on a Friday, Shaun diagnosed the problem, went to get the part even though it was late in the day, and completed the repair despite the fact it was well after normal business hours on that same Friday evening. He was courteous, professional, and made sure our refrigerator was running properly before the weekend began. I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance and Shaun!
