I reached out to Mr. Appliance for an issue with my GE double wall oven. Although the process to remedy the issue turned into a 5 week ordeal, the technicians and Ed the owner were very professional and open about the difficulties in fixing the ovens. Every possible effort was made to fix the oven, including the installation of 3 new parts based on diagnostics and direct input from GE. In the end, the oven could not be repaired for unknown reasons - something I believe is an issue with GE’s appliance functionality. What stood out most to me was Ed’s complete honesty and fairness in their failure to deliver on a repaired appliance in a quick and easy manner. Ed called me personally to explain and did not charge me for parts or labor. This type of honesty is so rare in today’s service industry and Mr. Appliance of Howard County has earned my future business.

The technician arrived promptly within the expected schedule. He explained the problem so we could understand easily. He explained why a specific part was required and as soon as it was received I received an email and he returned to complete the repair promptly. Very satisfied with results. Would not hesitate to contact this company if needed in the future.

I highly recommend Mr. Appliance. Mr. Khon was polite and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Then, he picked up the part, installed it and had the washer working. Same day service and repair is very much appreciate. This was more than "5 star" service. Without hesitation, I recommend Mr. Appliance.

Repair tech was professional and personable. He kept testing until he found the real problem and successfully installed the new part. We're back in business! Bosch dishwasher - just out of warranty. Valve filled with grit from our well - had no clue! And crack in the supply tube.

The tech was friendly. I was told my machine couldn't be fixed because the part (main control) is no longer available, even though the unit is only 8 years old.
