The technician (Venkat) was professional, knowledgeable and skilled. He called 10 minutes before arriving to let us know he was on his way, quickly diagnosed the problem, had a replacement part in his truck, and soon had our dryer working again! We have used Mr. Appliance before and have always been very pleased with their service.

Edwin quickly determined the problem with my clothes dryer and informed me of the needed repair and cost. I requested that he perform the repair. 15 minutes later my dryer was working again. Edwin has been to my house before and I have always been very happy with his results.

We had two problems: broken ice maker and leaking washer. Service was on time, efficient, reasonable and with additional resources shared.

The woman who scheduled our appointment was very friendly. We were able to get on the schedule easily and have our leaking dishwasher repaired relatively quickly.

Showed up on time. Very professional in diagnosing the issue and explaining things as he went along. Narrowed the issue down to one part that was replaced so, since this was an intermittent issue, time will tell if it was the correct fix.
