Thomas, our technician, was great. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it in a timely fashion. He was very respectful of our home. Parts were ordered and quickly received. The ladies that I spoke with to schedule the appointments were friendly and efficient. I felt the overall price was reasonable and you cannot argue with a 1 year warranty.

Working with Mr. Appliance has been amazing for both a washer repair (last year) and a dryer repair (this year). Their scheduling service and available technician calendar meant prompt attention to assessing and solving our issues. They communicated well about who was going to do the work and about scheduled appointments. However, I think the 5 stars come down to the PEOPLE doing the work for a company. Our technician, Trevor, was fantastic. He listened to my issues, quickly assessed the problem, and was clear in his communication about how to resolve it. He did the work neatly and was kind in all steps along the way. This is my go to and would recommend to anyone in need of appliance service in the area.
