These guys were great. I have a freezer that wasn’t getting as cold as it could or should be. Flexible with my schedule. They gave me a no BS estimate on the repair - which sadly was to replace my Fridge. The cost of the estimate / inspection was as advertised and reasonable. I would use again and recommend to anyone.

I’m very happy with Mr Appliance’s service. This is the second time I have used them and everything always goes smoothly. Technicians arrive on time. They know what they are doing. Parts arrive in a timely manner. They were very accommodating when I had to reschedule twice for family medical issues. They are more expensive than some providers, but I trust their work and appreciate their great service. Worth the extra few bucks.

Drew diagnosed and corrected the problem w/my washing machine pretty easily. He ordered the parts & returned 4 days later to install. All in all, it was not as painful as I read in other companies reviews.
