Best repair experience I’ve ever had. Mike in dispatch was awesome and so was Drew the repair tech. Very professional, courteous and respectful on the repair of our dryer.

Joe was our repair guy and he did an outstanding job! We’ve gone months without water or ice in our fridge because other repair guys couldn’t figure out what was wrong and Joe figured it out within 30 minutes. Came back a few days later with the part we needed and within another 30 minutes fixed the fridge. We also got lucky cause he was able to fix our dryer the day of. This company is amazing and I highly recommend them. It’s just a shame I didn’t know about them sooner.

Your tech came out (he was prompt & courteous). Gave us a price. I felt like the price was reasonable. My wife wanted to buy a new unit so if you've ever been married, you know it's a losing battle to argue over things like this. Your Tech was gracious and understood so we paid him $150.00 service fee and he left. I'm sorry we didn't take is advice and fix it. Charlie

Gave a 2 hour arrival window (rare for service work) and arrived on time. Diagnostics were affordable and repairman was professional, neat, and friendly. Highly recommend this company.

They were always on time, polite & knowledgeable In addition they immediately knew how to repair our refrigerator. Two visits by two people from another company had come to look at it but neither one was able to offer a solution. I would call Mr Appliance again for any appliance I have & I would recommend them to everyone.

Mike at Mr. Appliance SC gets it DONE. I own a rental house in Charleston, and landlords that care about their tenants live-and-die on maintenance and continuance of function on and in their properties. A broken appliance can be the harbinger of doom in my world, but fortunately Mike, Joe (the technician), and this company in general does its very-best to get you a thorough repair in an expeditious manner. I’m a budding customer for life.

My refrigerator freezer went out and would not freeze. I called this man, Mike and ask him if he could send out a diagnostic person. He asked me several questions and after these questions, his response was, sir, you need to just buy a new unit yours is too old to repair. I appreciate his honesty and his information. He spent a good 15 minutes on the phone with me and did not profit this time, but you can bet I’ll put him down for any future repairs I might have.

Called Mr. Appliance when my refrigerator stopped working . Mike was very helpful : he had a technician at my house within ONE hour ( he could tell I was desperate). The Technician: Drew , knew what to do & fixed the problem in no time . I would recommend Mr Appliance and they would be the first place to call if I have another problem ..
