Mark from Mr. Appliance showed up on time and promptly went to work. He listened patiently to my rendition to the problem, got his tools and began. He was polite and friendly. The problem was located and fixed in a short time. This is the second time I have used this service and will probably call again if needed.

A very professional company. Lisa, who manages home service/support and more, is so nice, helpful, and a complete pleasure to work with. Likewise, Eric, our Installer, was a complete professional.
