We called Mr. Appliance about a fix to our GE refrigerator, with no water or ice coming from the dispenser. Our tech, Dalton, arrived on time at our mutually agreed to time and quickly assessed the problem and proposed a solution, including ordering a new part. He came out the following week and installed it in less than 30 minutes. Dalton was professional and personable and the whole experience was pretty painless. This was our first time using Mr. Appliance and I would definitely recommend them to others and use them again.
What a great experience from beginning to end! I will definitely recommend and use their services again and again. Lisa got me on the schedule right away and Dalton showed up on time and diagnosed my washer quickly. He had to order a part and within minutes Lisa called to get me back on the schedule for it to be installed. Dalton once again showed up on time and had it fixed lickety-split. One thing I want to point out... as a single woman it is always a bit intimidating having a strange man enter your home. From the moment I opened the door and met Dalton, I felt comfortable and safe. He not only did a great job but he was kind, professional, and personable.
Fast and timely service. Very trustworthy technician and expert advice. Never a good feeling knowing you have to shell at money but it is worth it when they give you the right suggestion to your problem. Will gladly use and refer this business to everyone.

Friendly, and professional serviceman who worked quickly and explained what the problem was beforehand. I really appreciated having his picture and name texted to me before arrival time. As a senior this nice surprise made me feel safe and reassured! He also informed me that dryer vents should be cleaned once a year for safety. Thank you, Mark, for your awesome in home service!😁
I see I am one of hundreds giving Mr. Appliance of Charlottesville 5 stars - but it is totally warranted. Dalton came the first time to diagnose my 16 year-old refrigerator's ails, the 2nd time to install the part he'd ordered AND to fix the ice maker. Everyone said skip the repair, go directly to buy a new refrigerator, but I think it's going to be ok. This is a 5-star company and young Dalton IS a star. Thanks to him, and to Lisa too; well-done!

We had a dryer that stopped putting out heat. They sent a technician within 2 days who diagnosed it as a blown fuse, which he replaced. The $180 charge seemed high—but it was a lot cheaper than buying a new washer/dryer unit.

I really appreciate the prompt service & skills & knowledge of the technician (Mark) who helped me figure out a challenging situation with my fridge. I recommend this business to others. Mr. Appliance came to the rescue and helped me coordinate replacement of my leaking 15-year old refrigerator. While another contractor partner of this company sold and delivered my new appliance, all worked seamlessly. Within a week I received a beautiful shiny black new fridge! This was a stressful experience of my domestic life and this company solved my problem and now my mind is at ease.
Mr. Appliance did what they said they were going to do and on time. Mark, the service technician, was knowledgeable, professional and personable. The office team was responsive with their communications and the delivery crew was top notch too. It is nice to know that there are still a few companies and employees who place a premium on customer service and customer satisfaction. Dalton came to fix my oven. It required 2 trips because he needed to order a part (which he obtained quickly). Dalton was very professional and also delightful to talk to. He did a terrific job. Also, when arranging the appointments, I spoke with Lisa; she, too, was very professional, helpful, and lovely to talk with.
Service was quick, friendly, and efficient. We are on the edge of their service area but they sent someone within a day or two of calling, ordered parts, and had the repair done all in about a week.
