My refrigerator quit working on a Sunday afternoon. I called Mr. Appliance that Sunday and was informed by the person answering the phone that they do not work on Sunday, but they would put me on the schedule the next day. I received a call from the service technician early Monday morning saying he was on his way to my home. The technician came to my house and assessed what was wrong with the refrigerator. He had to leave to pick up a part, but was back in no time and had my refrigerator working before 10 a.m. I appreciate the quick service I received. The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable about the refrigerator. I would recommend Mr. Appliance.
