It was expensive but cheaper than buying a new dryer. Very efficient and got the job done.

Great response, and do what they say they are going to do
Repairman Joe was on time & had my clothes dryer repaired in 40 minutes.
The service professional arrived timely, inspected the washer, determined the problem, and was able to order the replacement parts necessary to complete the repair quickly. Hopefully the parts will arrive in a day or 2 so they can return and compete the repair expeditiously!
We would highly recommend Mr Appliance. Our technician was Joe. He was professional and friendly. Diagnosed the problem with our dryer, ordered the part and got us up and running quickly. We also felt the price was fair. Office staff is top notch. Customer service was excellent from all.

Call Company set the appt up Technician Mr Joe showed up on time was very professional explaining the process step by step even showed me the part order the part did the job in one day .
