Had a hard time getting someone to come out and look at our Bosch dishwasher after calling several others. Joe from Mr. Appliance was available. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it same day as he had the needed part with him. Friendly, professional, fast, and peace of mind with the 1 year warranty.
