Our service person was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable about our requested service. Unfortunately, the part we needed for repair was no longer available but he did everything possible to resolve the issue. Would not hesitate to use this company again.

Ed was very professional and really nice person. He put the oart on in no time and was in and out very quickly. He was here when they said he would be. The email me and text me when he was coming and sent me a picture of him so I knew who to be looking for. The only thing I would suggest is that they provide shield covers for their techs so when the walk in someone's house that has carpet it won't get dirty from there shoe's. But I highly recommend Mr. Appliance and Ed.

Great and timely service. The Tech Roger was very professional and friendly. Our dryer broke, ended up needing a new belt. He came out diagnosed the issue, explained that part would need to be ordered, said it would take a couple days. Part arrived the next day, we alerted them that the part had arrived and he was back out that next morning to install. All in all we were quite happy with the experience.

We had need to call for an appliance repairman. The manufacturer of our range recommended Mr Appliance to do the checkout and the subsequent repair. Our tech was Ed and he showed up on time was clean and neat. He got right to work after checking the units model number and while he was waiting for it to heat up we had some pleasant conversation about a few subjects. After finding that the oven temperature was indeed way off setpoint, Ed started to fill out the paperwork to get parts ordered under warranty and we discussed the next steps. The thermostat took a little bit to come in but it did and after a few weeks I remembered to call in to schedule the installation. They scheduled it to happen just a couple days from the date of my call and had to techs come in due to the degree of difficulty of the replacement. Ed and the other tech(sorry I don't remember his name) arrived and had the part installed in short amount of time. Both were personable and we even had a couple laughs. It's was great working with a couple techs that work for a company that doesn't make them rush through the job. They had about a quarter of the range apart and everything worked after reassembly. That was almost three weeks ago and we use this range regularly. Everything functions as it should and the oven temperature isn't 35 degrees off setpoint. Hopefully we won'thave another issue with this appliance but if we do I'll be calling Mr Appliance that a certainty.
