We were so happy to find Mr. Appliance of the Delaware Valley on Google. Our ice maker bin was stuck in place, and we felt that pulling too hard would just crack the receptacle. Roger to the rescue!! It was easy to make the appointment, and communication was great! If we need an appliance repaired again, we will definitely call on Mr. Appliance!!

Paul the technician was very responsive and helpful cleaned the dishwasher filter abd demonstrated to me how to clean it Ran a cleaning cycle and called ASKA for repair or replacement costs. He was very professional Hutchinson 1250 Fieldstone Drive West Chester PA

Best repairman I have probably ever had in my home. Neat, polite, and knew what he was doing. Didn’t complain about having to work on the top part of a stack w/d. Showed me what he was doing and explained the problem. Also cleaned the dryer lint trap better than I could.

Never had an issue with the work getting done. They also get back to you very quickly to schedule. They are our go-to. Yes, you pay a fee for them to come out, but if you go with them for the repair, it’s just in the price. Any of the techs we’ve had have been great!

Mr. Appliance gave great service. Excellent communication and updates on when the technician was coming. The service person, Roger, was very polite and accommodated my nervous pet several times. I would highly recommend this company and tech.

Service man was very knowledgeable and careful with his work. Parts were ordered and delivered next day and installed the day after that. Everything fixed and working!

Repairman Paul came to our house to evaluate and fix the broken rack in our dishwasher. He was polite and friendly and very clear about what had to be done. He had to order the parts so the process was going to require an additional visit. No biggie. He made it easy by ordering the parts and then made sure Mr. Appliance would be notified when the box arrived at our doorstep. He was here the next day to finish the job. While here, he consulted me on the best way to keep the dishwasher clean which was very much appreciated.
