Quick, easy, and extremely professional! We discovered our dryer was not working properly on a Saturday and a quick google search lead me to Mr. Appliance. Persuaded by all the positive reviews, I booked an appointment online which was so easy and put my mind instantly at ease. 48 hours later, our dryer is fixed! I sincerely appreciated the confirmation texts, letting us know a very specific window when the tech would come and then when the tech was on his way and included a photo of the tech for reference! Ed was kind, proficient and extremely friendly. The fix was a simple one but we have no doubt that any issues we have in the future, big or small, will be handled by Mr. Appliance!
