Raymond was successful in troubleshooting and fixing the problems with our dryer. He gave us some useful tips to increase the life of our washer even though it didn’t need to be serviced (just offered helpful cleaning tips like using only two tablespoons of laundry detergent for HE washers). He cleaned up after his work and even helped replace a part in our stove that ironically stopped working when he was still here! This saved us money and is greatly appreciated.

The repairman arrived early and was able to complete the work in just over an hour. He was professional and personable. He left the area clean and tidy and the charge was very reasonable. I would use them again.

I found Mr. Appliance online. I called on a weekend and got the answering service, so didn't hold out much hope for a follow-up. Well, by Sunday night I had an appointment confirmation in my inbox for Tuesday. Our technician Kent was on time, diagnosed the problem with our oven in about 5 minutes, and ordered the part needed. Next day, he was back as promised and our oven now works great! It's such a treat dealing with a company that cares so much about the customer experience. If I need an appliance repaired again, I will call these guys for sure. Thanks, Mr. Appliance!
