Top notch service provided by Ryan who was punctual, very knowledgeable, precisely diagnosed the issue related to our electric oven, super communicative, and professional. We had the same problem before a year ago. Then we had contacted Sears. The technician who came made it sound like the issue is a huge, huge, huge deal. The technician at Sears asked for $500 to fix it indicating that he would need an extra person to move the oven, all that B.S. but Ryan didn’t even have to move the oven. Ryan just tilted it a little bit and Voila! Moreover, it cost us much less to repair the very same issue with Ryan than what Sears previously claimed us to cost. So fortunate to have found and called Mr. Appliance. Thank you for your amazing service!
