Had my dryer belt give up on me. Tech came out the next day. It was a little more than I expected costwise at first for labor, until I watched the tech have to disassemble like 90% of the machine just to access the part. He was extremely friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Punctual, professional, polite.

We needed a home dryer repair(timer knob snapped off)...Matt Willis was very friendly and explained all the details, had the part ordered and returned a few mornings later to do the fix...in and out very quickly. Definitely give Mr. Appliance a call!

The two technicians were very knowlageable. And Matt was very nice. They had the part on hand which was very nice! Can't thank you enough! Will definitely use you again if I need anything else.

Came early/ exactly on time, explained the process, and how much everything was goin to be. Very friendly and I if I ever have a problem again I will be calling back! Thank you for fixing my washer!

Mike was very nice and didn’t waste time. However he did show up 4 hours late. Prices were not very reasonable.

Chris was wonderful!He was super friendly, professional and happy to be able to save us money where he could!He even helped me throw out expired food from my fridge that he was there to repair!Highly recommend Mr Appliance!
