Matt Willis came out today and fixed my dryer. Luckily it was a quick and easy fix. Super nice guy and explained everything as he went along. Will definitely call again if needed.

I had a great experience getting our 5Star brand oven fixed! Eric was so knowledgeable, efficient and timely. Tina in the office, was so friendly and helpful, keeping me updated with the arrival of the parts and scheduling the appointment. I will definitely use them again!

Very good experience. Dryer broke last night, fixed the next day. Now I can get back to leaving dry clothes in it so I can "dry" them again on air dry, to get the wrinkles, out only to put them in a laundry basket to pick through it for something to wear, until I wash stuff again. Thanks Matt Willis!! Highly recommend! Edited to add: The woman that answered the phone should get a shout out as well! I'm sorry I don't know her name. She was the beginning of the great experience! I wanted to give her some credit for great customer service!

Michael was extremely prompt. H explained the work that needed to be done. His quote was quite reasonable and he explained to us the proper maintenance we needed to do to keep our appliance working at its best. We would definitely recommend Mr Appliance and especially Michael.

Mr. Appliance is an exceptional repair service. Prompt, informative, clean and congenial. Most important, they work with homeowner reimbursed warranty companies whereas other service providers here in Clarksville (such as Absolute Best Appliance) do not. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Appliance of Clarksville for any appliance repair needs. If you have a refrigerator issue, request technician Matt Willis. Matt is a technically competent and an outstanding person and technician. He went through detailed troubleshooting of an older unit in our home, accurately diagnosed the problem and provided obtainable solutions. We are pleased with Mr. Appliance of Clarksville and would recommend them to anyone.

Matt came out and promptly got the cord changed out and vent hooked up on my dryer. He also attached and replaced water hoses to washer. Matt was extremely knowledgeable of his job. I would highly recommend to anyone-Thanks Matt!
