Refrigerator was not cooling, but freezer was. Called Mr Appliance and they sent someone out that afternoon. The technician immediately assessed the situation. Parts needed to be ordered and they arrived the very next day. The technician returned the following day and replaced the parts. Service was quick and efficient. I would recommend to anyone.

Rick did a great job repairing my gas stove.

Samsung dishwasher was showing two fault codes. They were there when they said they would be. Gavin diagnosed the promlem(s) and ordered the parts Samsung technical support indicated were causing at least one of the fault codes. When the parts arrived, Gavin returned an installed them. One of the fault codes cleared, but the other one remained. Gavin called Samsung and found a service bulletin on the fault. Another part was ordered and installed. The dishwasher now operates normally (no fault codes). Even though it took three visits, I'm satisfied with the work. Troubleshooting multiple faults is rarely resolved in the first attempt. Gavin was very personable and explained the process he went through at every step.

My Dryer started making strange noises and my first thought was to replace it. Then I remembered that my parents used to call an appliance repair company to fix their appliances. I called Mr. Appliance and was able to get an appointment within 24 hours of my call. Rick from Mr. Appliance was dispatched and fixed my dryer in record time. Rick called to keep me posted on his arrival time. He has very professional and curtious and explained the process and exactly what the issue was with my dryer. I will definitely call on them again should I need appliance repair.

Mr Appliance of Clermont and Apopka and their two technicians, Rick and Jason are great. When my refrigerator quit cooling, I called them and they came right out. They quickly diagnosed the problem, overnighted the part, and came right back to install it. Unfortunately, two weeks later It quit working again. They came back out found out that a related part had failed, ordered it, and installed it, at no charge except for the new part. It was a rewarding experience working with them. I highly recommend them.

Noticed our refridgerator wasn’t cooling. Called Me Appliance and scheduled a service call. Scheduled an appointment and received a text confirming the appointment date and time. Day of appointment received a text then a call from the assigned technician. Arrived as scheduled and asked us a few questions about our fridge and what we noticed to help him target his assessment. Within 15 minutes Rick the technician had his diagnosis. He then had to order the replacement part , gave us a quote that covered all time, parts for the job. We agreed , signed the confirmation and Rick ordered the part to be delivered in two days, and bring it was Friday, he got us scheduled for Monday morning. Part arrived early (Saturday) and Monday Morning as scheduled, Rick arrived and went about his work. We highly recommend Mr Appliance to anyone wanting or needing work on any appliance . Very professional, excellent attention to detail and dedicated to providing the customer with great service! You will appreciate the work the provide!
