Our Results
Our service provider completed the repairs or asked his associates for help when needed and was timely and suggested additional parts to order so that everything should be complete. This kitchen system is commercial and we are just happy it can be used again after a long period of disuse thanks so much

I called Mr. Appliance after searching and looking at other places, to compare. I am extremely happy with Jason. He showed up on time was very courteous and knowledgeable about my washing machine. He gave me a estimate . I agreed to the price . It is expensive like any other repair. I have a one year warranty . We are lining up to do laundry. Shout out to Jason !! We are happy 😁.

They were able to give us an appointment quickly. They showed up on time and gave us a diagnosis and estimate for repairs. They had to order parts which arrived the next day and they came out that afternoon to complete the repairs. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable.

I started the process with my home warranty company. Within minutes of placing the work order to repair my refrigerator, I got a call from Mr Appliance and scheduled the service call for the next morning. Later that afternoon I got a text to fine-tune the call to a two hour window. The day of the call I got a text that the service tech was on his way. The tech arrived early in the time window and went straight to work. He not only fixed the problem but cleaned up after himself. Thanks Mr Appliance!

Refrigerator was not cooling, but freezer was. Called Mr Appliance and they sent someone out that afternoon. The technician immediately assessed the situation. Parts needed to be ordered and they arrived the very next day. The technician returned the following day and replaced the parts. Service was quick and efficient. I would recommend to anyone.
