Rich was the service provider who came to fix my refrigerator. He was very professional and knew right from the start what was wrong. He quickly and efficiently wrote everything up and made the repair. The refrigerator is working great. I would recommend them.

We had a great experience with Mr. Appliance! Our washer broke, and they were able to come the next day. It required a part they didn’t have on hand, so they came back 3 days later to do the final repair. James was our repair man, and he was great. Professional, and thorough. We have a working washer again! Thank you!

Hands down, the best service! I put a request for service in online, got an appointment for exactly when I requested. Rich arrived a little early, (always better than late, in my opinion) had a roll out rug with shoe protectors with him (highly appreciated). He was very professional, honest and knowledgeable. All in all, he reported our 12+yr old GE fridge didn't need much other than the fan needed a good cleaning (which he did) and our freezer was way too full. He gave us alot of very useful info that we had never been advised of. Unfortunately, in this day and age - it isn't often that you find a "good/honest repair guy." We did today! Rich A is certainly an asset to your company Mr. Appliance. Thank you!
