From the moment “James”, came to our home to when he left, he was very professional and respectful. He quickly found the problem and corrected it. We were pleased with the service and would certainly employ your company when the need arises.
I was very impressed with James. He explained what he was doing and he knew exactly how to address the problem I had with my Bosh dishwasher.
Prompt, polite and respectful of our home. Very good communication, too.
Diagnosed my washer quickly, ordered the part and it was ready within a few days!
Wow! BEST SERVICE EVER. I called for a refrigerator water leak, they were great on the phone, and the service technician Rich was outstanding! He was on time, very professional, and fixed the issue right for a little more than everyone else charges just to pull in the driveway. A picture of the technician via text before arrival, and updates throughout. THE SERVICE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER. Very professional start to finish. All businesses should be this well run. 👍

From start to finish working with Mr. appliance was wonderful. The office staff was friendly and helpful and the technician was professional. They were able to fix my machine quickly and at a reasonable price!

Responding really quick and was happy about they could send pictures with the teck that was going to come and text thet he was on his way very polite and knew what he was doing from start to finish Will use them if i ever need future appliance repair.

Rich was the service provider who came to fix my refrigerator. He was very professional and knew right from the start what was wrong. He quickly and efficiently wrote everything up and made the repair. The refrigerator is working great. I would recommend them.

We had a great experience with Mr. Appliance! Our washer broke, and they were able to come the next day. It required a part they didn’t have on hand, so they came back 3 days later to do the final repair. James was our repair man, and he was great. Professional, and thorough. We have a working washer again! Thank you!
