Both he and the person I spoke with on the phone were patient and attentive. Rich explained everything during the repair and efficiently completed the job. You have a great team! Thank you so much! We had a small stove top fire, and our pilots would not light the burners. We called Mr. Appliance around 4:00 pm Tuesday, and he set us up for a service call between 10:00 and noon Thursday. The serviceman kept us informed and arrived at 10:00. He cleaned out the burners, and everything works great. The cost was reasonable.

The tech Jonathan was amazing and fixed all issues I had . He also answered all my questions. the price was amazing! I would recommend this company to everyone!!
Rich checked out my washer/dryer. He was quick to identify the issue and let me know exactly what was wrong. He was also very friendly and courteous. I also really appreciated the communication from the company and how they sent me a picture of Rich so I could identify him before I let him in my apartment.

Technician and service was fantastic: knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. I lucked out today, and the repair was clearly better choice than retiring the Washer. (Last interaction was a “totaled” refrigerator. Sad.) Scheduling was a bit of a challenge, but that’s because one doesn’t PLAN for a needful appliance and they were busy. The office team helped me juggle the schedule when it looked like a modified time slot might interfere with a WFH Meeting. Just had to call.

They were wonderful, they came promptly even though it was the morning of Christmas Eve and we're so helpful and came up with the most economical solutions. I would totally recommend them! James was great!!!!

They promptly set an appointment and quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the right part and in a couple of days installed it and had my oven working properly. The technician came at the time set and was very professional and polite. No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommend this company.

We have used Mr. Appliance several times and I am thrilled with the customer service provided by them! This time, our oven broke just before the holidays, and they were wonderfully responsive.
