Highly Recommend! Very Professional and polite. Getting parts took longer than the repair but I would definitely recommend them for appliance repairs. It was less expensive than replacing a refrigerator.

At first we were mad that it took so long to get a part. Waiting over a month for a part was the worst. The issue was with Fed Ex (deliveries during Thanksgiving and Christmas days)not Mr Appliance. Then finally the part arrived and the appointment was set. Victoria was our repair person today. Victoria arrived on time, was professional, completed the work and I am a very satisfied customer.

Very prompt friendly service. Great communication letting you know the tech is on his/her way to you. The day before your service date you receive a text to let you know when to expect the technician to which is only a 2 hour window not anytime between 8-5. You won’t be disappointed.

The tech, Chad was knowledgeable and skilled. He was friendly and experienced exactly what he was going to do and worked efficiently, fixing the problem with our LG washer quickly. We especially appreciated the photo attached to the email sent ahead of his visit.

I call Mr Appliance. Chad came the Tuesday after Hurricane Helene. He diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes. Told me what the cost to repair it. When the part came in I received a call to schedule an appointment from the following Thursday. He came fixed it in 15 minutes now my oven is working fine. I would recommend them.to anyone and will be using them again. Oh, when they tell what the problem is you can go with them or not. Yiu will have to a consultation fee but you do choose them the fee is waved and you only paid the repair bill.

James was an excellent repair man! I would give the highest scores in all categories. Repairing an appliance is never fun. James was awesome.

They arrived when they said they would, fixed the problem, and charged us what they quoted. Can’t ask for anything more than that! Thanks guys.
