Kenneth was very polite, & worked hard to make sure my dryer vent was cleaned out. He also wiped up the floor in my laundry room because of the lint & snow that got tracked in. He was great!

Came for first visit one day after requesting appointment. Came after part arrived - on Christmas Eve!! That was very gracious of repairman, Kenneth, and the company. Kenneth was very careful about property and seemed quite knowledgeable about our stove and repair needed.

I called Mr. Appliance two days before Thanksgiving and they sent someone the same day. They assess the problem and offer options so that the client can make an informed decision. Kenneth and the office staff were personable, prompt, and professional. I will definitely use them again!

When I called Mr. Appliance for repair of my washer, the service agent was very considerate and arranged for prompt repair service. I received a text/email when the repairman was enroute, along with his photo. This was appreciated since I had never worked with this company before. I was pleased with the warranty given on the work done, and Kenneth, our service technician, was knowledgeable and friendly. My washer is now working great! Should I need repair work done in the future, I will call Mr. Appliance first.

Very much appreciate Mr. Appliance! Kenneth arrived on time, in uniform and was preceeded by two reminder texts and an 'on the way' text to service a GE warranty claim, twice. Especially appreciate the photo - as I was home alone. Polite, friendly, provided clear expectations of next step and willing to answer all questions. Quick too! Shoe covers and generally safety/care for the spaces occupied during repair. Each time Kenneth has visited our home I have had the upmost confidence in the resolution of our concerns. As an installation support rep for a big box store, I am truly impressed by my quality of service and can verify that you are getting exactly what you expect from this company.
