I saw the reviews here, after having my call directed to Mr. Appliance, and I was concerned what my experience would be. Fortunately we got Pete and he gave his assessment of our refrigerator. It's about 9 years old and for us it made sense to just get a new one. Some may try to fix theirs, but with circuit boards and compressors involved, a new one is more likely to be a good use of our funds. Pete gave us just what we needed to make our decision. I would call this company again for help with our appliances. I very much value a skilled technician who can give us expert advice.

Went above and beyond to repair my LG dishwasher. It was quite a struggle to get around LG's bad design to get to the repair needed and to get dishwasher back together.
