First day he couldn’t come in the proposed timeframe but he was helping save someone else’s refrigerator and refrigerated goods which I would want also. Everyone deserves a second chance. There was some initial confusion about whether they could come on a Saturday morning, but that was resolved after a couple of calls. Andrew was professional and patient with my children who kept trying to help.
