After searching through neighborhood groups on how to fix my refrigerator, I stumble across Mr. appliances, being mentioned a few times. I looked at their Google reviews and they were excellent and so I decided to call. I run my own service based business and I do understand how important it is to communicate with your customer. Mr. appliance did not fall short. It was easy to schedule an appointment and they actually called me and moved me up. The gentleman came out and diagnose the refrigerator, gave me a quote that was reasonable. We moved on with the repair ordering the parts. A different group showed up to do the repair and found that there was one other issue. They did charge me for that part, but they waived any labor for it because it was missed on the first appointment. As anyone would know, mistakes do happen. I appreciated that and they will forever be my appliance repair company. These people do it right and they don’t make excuses. That’s what we’re paying for. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance of Comal and Guadalupe.

They communicate very well, friendly and accountable. Vince replaced our part on our new washing machine, explained everything that he was doing. I would recommend Mr. Appliance 100%.

Mr Appliance was awesome to work with. Our tech was great. When our microwave kept randomly turning off, he confirmed that a part and wire were shorting out due to a burnt out component. Not only did he tell us how much it would be to fix after showing us the part, he even agreed with us when we said we'd buy a whole new microwave for the same price. Then when my wife changed her mind after he left, their office was easy to get in touch with to schedule for him to order the part and come back out and fix it. Ok that last part was partly my fault. The microwave was on sale at first but I ended up missing it by a day. Still though, I definitely recommend Mr Appliance.
