We recently encountered a problem with the water control on our refrigerator for the water dispenser and ice maker. We had to turnoff the water supply line to stop the leaking of water. Everett from Mr. Appliance responded quickly to our service request, was able to obtain the necessary parts, and complete the repair, all in the same day.
