I was referred to this business by the vendor who sold me the appliances. Mr Appliance was out the same day diagnosed my speed queen washing machine. Explained to me the problems with my machine and ordered the replacement parts Their office communicated very clearly and accurately when the technician was going to arrive, and when the parts were in their possession. The technician was very professional and thoroughly troubleshooting the unit and made all repairs once he returned with the parts. I am very satisfied with Mr Appliance service and will be calling them again for any future needs.

After my tenant said that he smelled smoke while drying some clothes, I went over to the house and discovered that the vent hose had a LOT of a lint inside. I cleaned it out good and then turned the dryer on, but it seemed sluggish so I called out a rep from Mr. Appliance. He checked it out and didn’t see anything wrong with it, but he said he could change out drive belt. When he disassembled the dryer housing to get to the belt, he discovered significant lint covering everything inside. This was the reason that the tenant smelled smoke. The rep, Bjourn, cleaned out the lint and installed a new belt. I’m sure glad he discovered this issue before a potential fire could occur. I will be using Mr. Appliance again for my next repair.
