After my tenant said that he smelled smoke while drying some clothes, I went over to the house and discovered that the vent hose had a LOT of a lint inside. I cleaned it out good and then turned the dryer on, but it seemed sluggish so I called out a rep from Mr. Appliance. He checked it out and didn’t see anything wrong with it, but he said he could change out drive belt. When he disassembled the dryer housing to get to the belt, he discovered significant lint covering everything inside. This was the reason that the tenant smelled smoke. The rep, Bjourn, cleaned out the lint and installed a new belt. I’m sure glad he discovered this issue before a potential fire could occur. I will be using Mr. Appliance again for my next repair.

Our Kitchenaid refrigerator ice maker quit working right before Thanksgiving that we were to host. I scheduled an appointment for the following day. They came and identified the problem and were able to order the parts and get them installed within the same week! The parts weren't cheap but they said Kitchenaid parts are expensive. All I can say is they were fast, courteous and communication was great. This was the Conroe Mr. Appliance location and I would use them again for sure!

These guys are awesome. It took them some time to figure out why I wasn’t getting ice from my ice maker ( I mean multiple trips ) but they were persistent and I now have a full tray of ice. This was a fraction of the cost of replacing my refrigerator. I highly recommend them and I will be using them in the future.
