Aaron demonstrated a very professional attitude and ability to diagnose and solve the problem we had with our Samsung refrigerator. Deborah was super responsive to my phone calls and provided answers to my questions relative to logistics of scheduling time with the technician. Mr. Appliance far exceed my expectations. They will be my first call from now on when we have appliance problems in the future.
