Crystal came to look at our 2001 Kenmore top-loader washing machine when it wouldn’t drain or spin out. She quickly diagnosed the problem, and I was surprised when she said she could find replacement parts for our older machine. After the repair had been made, as she was testing it out, she found that the timer was deficient, and she quickly found one and installed it. We really enjoyed meeting her, and think she did excellent work! Our washer is now working just fine, and we’ve decided to not buy a new front loading machine, but keep the good Kenmore washer we have. We saved money by repairing it, rather than buying a new one.

I had a fridge that I just bought a couple months back and the thermostat timer was locked up. It was under warranty. Once they my part in they came out and took great care of us. Thanks to the tech that was assigned. I will definitely be using them again and again.

Excellent service

I had a refrigerator where the icemaker would not work. Crystal and Aaron worked so hard and it took many trips of replacing many parts to get it working. They were so patient and so kind. I recommend them to anybody very good service!

They found very hard to find parts for our old Kenmore gas range. Replace the valve on all five burners. They cleaned up the burners and the caps. They replaced the gas supply line. They were super friendly and professional the entire time. We enjoyed their time with us helping. The repair was affordable and lower cost and I thought it would be. I recommend Mr Appliance to anyone.
