First, my call was answered by a real live human being who was helpful and kind. Then the technician called me before coming out and talked through the problem with me. He advised me, based on the symptoms I was experiencing that the dishwasher was beyond repair and even gave me advice on what brand to replace it with. All with no service charge. I am beyond impressed. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Great and prompt service

Mr. Appliance came out the very same day that I called them with my problem with my dryer. They ordered the parts and then the parts came in the next day and the same day came out and install the parts, fast and friendly professional service.

Matt was our technician. He did a great job, very professional. Arrived at the appointment time, had his tools, booties and went right to work. He was very efficient with his work and in no time he had completed his work. His estimate was spot on! I would highly recommend his work on LG front loading washers, he replaced the bellows seal, which had gotten discolored.
