Jeremiah came to service our gas range. He was great with communication, respectful of our home, informative, and fixed the issue quickly. He gave me tips and tricks for my appliances and charged me a very fair price. Most definitely will use the company again! Thanks, Jeremiah!
Jeremy the tech was very professional and friendly and explained everything that was being done to repair our dryer. The service was great they were here within 40 minutes. They were a little pricey but worth it.

Jeremy was professional and knowledgeable. Diagnostic ran smoothly and replacement parts are on order. They should arrive in a couple of days. He left the work area as clean as he found it. Total cost is on par with industry standards and thus no issues. I will call them again when needing appliance repairs.

I was scheduled initially for the following week to have my appliance repair. To my surprise they arrived yesterday on May 1. The trained employee was training another employee, and did a masterful job. I even received a senior citizen discount. Yahoo! Both M A employees were professional and kind. I give both employees a thumb up and a five star rating.
