Jeremy was here about an hour after I called. He was knowledgeable and very congenial. I have a downdraft slide in stove . After I used the self clean, my broiler wouldn't work. He determined the high heat had damaged the main control board. He also assured me if the part was here by Thanksgiving, they would install it. I was relieved that there was no safety issue as I am having guests for Thanksgiving. Jeremy also explained to me that I DON'T have to have a downdraft replacement and showed me what needs to be done to convert the next time I replace the stove. Thank you Jeremy.
