Jeremiah was fantastic. Although the problem could not be resolved (due to no fault of Jeremiah), he provided us with so much education about appliances. He was very professional and thorough. I highly recommend him!

I called Mr Appliance on a Thursday afternoon to look at my freezer. They set an appointment for Friday. Their technician, Jeremiah, got here on time. He quickly found the problem and advised me the best way to proceed. He was honest and polite and I would highly recommend him to anyone. If I need service on any of my appliances I will call him to come.
Dan checked the dryer, let us know the issue, and fixed it perfectly. And the cost was reasonable. We definitely recommend Mr Appliance and will use them again.

Dean was my service tec. I could not of had a nicer more professional technician. Very smart and kept me informed throughout the process. Unfortunately I ended up buying a new refrigerator, it was cheaper to buy than to fix. When looking for someone to come out Mr. Appliance was the only one that could come out within 24 hours.
