I was needing to get my wash machin repaired quickly and Mr. Appliances didn't let me down got same day Service and my machinevwas repaired in 2 days time. Would highly recommend.

The guy was super cool, he knew exactly what was wrong, he was able to look at the diagnostic codes on the refrigerator and saw that within a half hour or so. He told me exactly the part that goes wrong and how often it goes on the fritz.

Mr Appliance sent out a technician the same day. ( I wasn't able to close the dishwasher door properly to allow the dishwasher to start.) Viktor was the technician -- he carefully put shoe covers on his feet before coming inside. He was very efficient: I told him what the problem was, and he carefully examined the dishwasher door, trying different things. He then consulted his manual and hurried out the door to get a part before the store closed. He was able to get the part, came back and installed it -- the dishwasher worked! It was Friday so if he hadn't gotten the part in time it's likely I would have had to wait until Monday for the repair to be done!

My review is of their hiring process. Yesterday I applied for a job at the Denver location on E. Tennessee Ave. on indeed.com. I scheduled an interview and 20 minutes later, after putting in personal information on the application, I got a message saying that the interview was cancelled due to “unforeseen circumstances” and then on indeed it said the job was closed. I was furious and when I tried calling different phone numbers for the company it only gave an option to give zip code to schedule a repair appointment. Now I couldn’t care less about their repair work. If a job isn’t available it shouldn’t be listed on job searching sites!

We sincerely apologize for your experience. The CSR job was accidentally turned on and we do not need to fill this position at this time. Once we realized the mistake the job was taken down immediately and we cancelled all interviews that were scheduled through the software. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! These guys are great! My garbage disposal fell off yesterday morning. We had our house remodeled and those guys didn’t put it on properly. Of course we couldn’t use the kitchen sink at all. I called Mr. Appliance and the nicest woman made sure someone could come the same day to fix this for us. Wow! I didn’t expect that. Mike came exactly when he arranged to, was clean and tiny, and fixed the disposal in no time at all. Price was extremely reasonable as well.
