They were prompt about scheduling an appointment. They had a nice 2 hour window of arrival and communicated when 15 minutes away. Very quick, very thorough, and problem was fixed. Will definitely use their services again.

I'm so glad I found and called this company! My dryer started making weird noises and a technician was at my house later that day, AND was able to repair it! The guy was super friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend and will be calling them again for any future needs!

Very happy with the technician who came out, I was able to get scheduled within a few days and the issue with my fridge was resolved quickly after one visit. It still seems to be running great a few weeks later. I was very happy with the professional, knowledgable service. I would certainly call them again if I have another appliance issue.

Communication from Mr. Appliance was very thorough, which I appreciated. Appointment was confirmed, and when the technician was on their way I received a text message as well. Jamie was our service professional for a leaky fridge and he was excellent. He showed up within the 2 hour window of time provided in my confirmation, gave an accurate estimate of how long the service would take, and explained what he was doing. He also shared things that we can do to keep our refrigerator in good shape for years to come. I would definitely recommend Mr. Appliance, as well as Jamie as a service provider if you are looking for refrigerator repairs.

As soon as we found out the first first wasn't the problem, Richard came back out the next day and started working on the solution. The board was sent out for repair and came back a week earlier than expected!

Mostly reviewing to shout out Rich! He was early to the appointment, was very kind and knowledgeable, and even sang along with our toddler to some music. When retrieving a part we needed, he was prompt and effective with the install. He’s really good at his job and it made the process worth the money. Pay him more or something.

Chris was great very respectful & professional had a great sense of humor. He even let me to nosey dog product sniff the part to make sure it wasn't treats first before installation..I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance any day to fix big Appliances, because if the are as awesome as Chris then you can trust they'll get the job done.

Mr. Appliance were professional, got us scheduled the same day. Ordered the part and made the repair the next business day. Richard, the technician was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed the issue, gave a me a quote on the spot and took care of business. Communication was excellent and honestly I wish all businesses ran in such a fashion. 10/10
