Very professional and knowledgeable technician. My water dispenser wasn't working. I called the co. first thing. The service man arrived timely, isolating the problem then did an exam of rear panel and completed the repair in quick time. Reasonable rate. The work is guaranteed..any continued issues with this repair, the service return is free. I'm thankful for the quality, honesty and pricing. Thank you
