I had a Hotpoint fridge that wasn’t cooling properly. The appointment with Mr. Appliance was simple to make and they had immediate availability when I was free. Technician “Lee” showed up after a 10 minute ETA phone call. He diagnosed the problem within 30 seconds of walking in and had us an estimate within a few minutes. When parts came in, “Lee” returned exactly when he said he would (with a warning call 10 minutes prior) and the repair was done quickly, completely, and cleanly. “Lee” was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable. I could not have asked for a better experience. If YOU need appliance repair, call Mr. Appliance and maybe you, too, will be lucky enough to have “Lee” walk through your door!
