I would HIGHLY recommend utilizing Mr. Appliance for your appliance repair needs. They are professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. My repairman, Lee, was especially knowledgeable and courteous. He replaced struts on my old washing machine and provided tips on how to maintain it and extend it's life. Lee saved the day for me!

Lee is amazing! He was sent by a Bosch representative to fix a refrigerator platter drawer which I had been complaining about for the past 10 months. He found a solution and repaired it by simply removing some pins in the slider hinges that was causing the problem. I am going to contact Bosch and let them know that my repair man found a solution to a problem which I know others who purchased this refrigerator and are probably making the same complaint. Thank you so much Lee. I will certainly let Bosch know that you repaired a problem which they said could not be fixed. You made my life better and I am glad they sent you to my home to fix my refrigerator. 😊🙏
