From beginning to end they were great to deal with. After scheduling they emailed and texted a reminder the day before with a two hour window and Shane showed up on time within that window. He diagnosed the problem in less than 10 minutes, ordered the parts (along with some others just in case, which were not needed thankfully) and when the parts came in it was fixed in about 20 minutes. He explained what the issue was and why it probably happened. He explained every line on the bill and what the max could have been (if the other parts were needed, they weren't) and what I was likely to pay. He was courteous, professional, and communicated clearly. The call center was just as easy to deal with and professional. If another appliance breaks I will be calling again and hopefully I get Shane!

He knew immediately what the problem with our microwave was, and returned as scheduled with needed parts and completed the repair. The folks in the office were also great, very efficient and helpful. Shannon (Shane) was great! He drove out in 3 inches of snow and replaced our Bosch dishwasher drain pump with a new one that was already in stock on the truck. No need to schedule a follow up visit. He put in the extra time to make sure that the pump was installed correctly, and explained each step. He has 20 years of experience- and was very professional and thorough. Highly recommended!
