Shannon fixed my dishwasher in a jiffy, however, he went far beyond his task. Had been hearing an alarm going off in garage but couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. I’m a senior and he went into attic and found the faulty culprit. I’m very thankful for his concern. You have very knowledgeable and kind employees. Thanx again!!

I made the service request and they showed up when scheduled. Tech explained everything to me and the cost.
Rep was on time, explained the prob with the ice maker, installed new one, checked operation, worked great.
Great service. Communication was awesome. We knew who was coming and when down to the minute. Syruss was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining our issue. Would have this company in again!

Mo from Mr.Appliance was very knowledgeable and able to determine problem by troubleshooting. The repair was quick but Kitchen Aid parts are very expensive and appliances today breakdown in a few short years. Thanks Mo, good job!
