I have Kitchen Aid gas double oven which needed repairs because it wasn’t heating properly in both ovens. I didn’t know who to call and I wanted someone reliable and does great work! I researched and saw all these great reviews and felt like I will get this fixed and be happy with the service. Yes, I was and call Mr. Appliance! My oven is working and heats up very fast.

Excellent communication on who/when our technician and our service request. Syruss, our service tech, immediately knew what our issue was and how to fix it. We scheduled our follow up the same day and the appliance was fixed within a few days of our initial service. Couldn't be more happy with the overall experience.
